(Chief Executive Officer)
Xujin is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BOCO soft. He took over as CEO in December 2007. He brings with him 20 years of experience in leading IT companies.
Prior to become the CEO of BOCO soft, he served as Sales Manager with BOCO Inter-Telecom for 4 years. He focused on Telecom and Netcom companies. During his career as Sales Manager, he earned a profit of 100 million (Chinese Yuan) for the company.
Before joining BOCO Inter-Telecom, Xujin worked for 12 years with PTEL Telecom & Technical Co serving as Manager, Director, and Vice General Manager. During his 12 years career with PTEL, he gained extensive experience in marketing, sales, and engineering projects. His achievements include signing a number of contracts for national and provincial Transmission Network Management system projects, which lead to his company to maintain the top position in market consecutively. Prior to that he worked as Project Manager with China Post & Telecom Industry Group. He was chief coordinator for a number of successful projects.
He holds MBA degree from Tsinghua University, China and Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications, China.
Xujin is a professional golfer and enjoys golfing across China. He lives with his wife in Beijing.
Song Mei Yin
(Chief Operating Officer)
Song Mei Yin (or May as she is well known) is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of BOCO soft. She took over as COO in December 2007.
May is responsible for improving BOCO soft¡¯s operational performance by setting up offices in Tier 2 cities and by improving the quality of workforce, and also responsible for expanding BOCO soft¡¯s operations overseas. In addition, she leads the domestic IT Maintenance business division.
Prior to become the COO of BOCO soft, she works with BOCO Inter-Telecom for 8 years. She served as Head of HR department for 3 years and COO of R&D department for 5 years. During her career with BOCO Inter-Telecom, she introduced new process and IT systems to improve the operational performance and to improve the quality of workforce. Prior to that, she worked with Bank of China.
May holds MBA degree from Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (GUCAS), China.
Amirtharaj
(Head of Strategy and International Business)
Amirtharaj (or Raj as he is well-known) is the Head of Strategy and International Business. He is responsible for delivery to international clients; also responsible for setting up world-class Process, Systems & QMS, and raise the quality of workforce to international level to deliver innovative, quality IT products & services at low cost.
Raj joined BOCO soft in 2008. Prior to BOCO soft, he worked as Head of Development with a London based company in London, UK. Prior to that, he worked for 8 years with the world leading IT company, TATA Consultancy Services (TCS). During his career with TCS, Raj worked in IT Outsourcing and Consulting serving 7 blue chip clients predominantly from USA.
Currently, he is also serving as elected Board Member at Ashridge Business School Alumni Council, London, UK.
He completed full-time MBA with distinction from Ashridge Business School, London, UK. He holds M.Tech from India¡¯s premier educational institution, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT); Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering; Diploma in Financial Services (AFSI) from LOMA, USA. He holds other qualifications such as: PMP, PRINCE2, Sun Certified Java Professional.
Raj lives in Beijing enjoying Chinese food and exploring the ancient culture.
Jiang Bao Zhe
(Delivery Head)
Jiang Bao Zhe is the Delivery Head for IT applications. He is also responsible for sub-contracted and Time and Material (T&M) projects. He joined BOCO soft in December 2007.
Prior to joining BOCO soft, he worked with BOCO Inter-Telecom (parent company) for 4 years. During his career with BOCO Inter-Telecom, he served as General Manager, Technical Manager in Business Support System (BSS) department. He also headed product development team. Before that, he worked for 3 years with Datang Telecom. He worked as Technical Manager in billing department of Datang Telecom.
He received Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechatronics from University of Science and Technology of Beijing, China. He is also a certified expert in Project Management, Outsourced Project Management, Oracle, and Unix. Jiang lives with his wife in Beijing.
Guoweizeng
(Delivery Head)
Guoweizeng is the Delivery Head for product development and Research & Development (R&D). He joined BOCO soft in 2009.
Prior to joining BOCO soft, he worked with ZZNode Technologies for 8 years. During his career with ZZNode Technologies, he served as R&D Director, Service Provisioning Manager, and Project Manager. As R&D Director, he successfully developed and implemented IP data network NMS (Network Management System) for China Mobile client. As Service Provisioning Manager, he cooperated with CISCO and completed service provisioning on MPLSVPN management platform products.
Prior to that, he worked for 2 years with Xun Feng Communication Technology as Project Manager. Prior to that, he worked for 3 years with Beijing Institute of Instrument of MPT as Software Engineer to develop Framerelay Protocol Analyzer.
Guo holds a Master degree in Computer Science and Application from BeiHang University, China and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Precision Instrumentation and Engineering from Tianjin University, China.
Cancy Han
(Delivery Head)
Cancy Han is Delivery Head of IT Maintenance responsible for its operation.
She has rich experiences in Technology, IT Consulting, Business Process Outsourcing and Outsourcing Business Development. Prior to joining BOCO soft, she held management positions for 5 years in well-known outsourcing companies from China and Japan. And she has 8 years experience as IT consultant in well-known global companies.
Cancy holds a Master of Science (MS) degree from China Defence Science & Technology University, China and BA from China Science & Technology University, China.
Lvhe
(Sales Director)
Lvhe is the Sales Director for BOCO soft.
Prior to become the sales director of BOCO soft, he worked for 7 years with BOCO Inter-Telecom. During his career with BOCO Inter-Telecom, he served as Sales Manager responsible for pre-sale, technical negotiation, contract drafting and pricing formulation. He was also responsible for major project with an American company regarding Wireless LAN Network Management System (NMS). Prior to that he served as technical Project Manager mainly in charge of IP NMS products.
Lvhe holds a master degree in Computer Science from Chuangchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, China and received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hefei University of Technology, China.
He lives in Beijing with his family and his son.
Jerry E. Durant
(Senior Advisor)
Jerry E. Durant is the Senior Advisor to BOCO soft since 2008.
Jerry has been involved in Information Technology for over 30 years. During this time he has worked for, and represented, some of the leading companies throughout the world. Currently he is the Managing Director of Certellus Corporation and Chairman of Board of Governors for the International Institute for Outsource Management (IIOM).
With Certellus LLC he is involved in delivery of software verification & validation, ERP Risk Mitigation, Security and Outsource/Offshore Facilitation services. Prior to forming Certellus Corporation, Jerry was a senior member of technical staff (Division Director) - Software V&V for AT&T Information Systems.
He authored The Testing Tools Reference Guide© published by SingleSource, and authored the first training program on the subject entitled ¡°Test Automation Workshop™¡±. He has taught throughout the World in both public and private settings. He has been intimately involved in the use and validation of commercial data repositories and has helped companies extend the practical application of its use.
Jerry has been awarded a Master of Science in Computer Science from NH College Graduate School, B.S. in Management from NH College and an A.S. in Accounting from Hesser College. In addition, he has been recognized in Who¡¯s Who in Technology and Who¡¯s Who in Global Enterprise for his many contributions in the Information Technology industry.
Chris Jiang
(Senior Advisor)
Chris Jiang is the Senior Advisor to BOCO soft since 2008.
Chris has been involved in Information Technology for over 16 years. During this time, he played leadership roles in management of local and transnational projects specific to performance-driven process improvement and knowledge management. He took part in designing and construction of an R&D management system, with thousands of team members, which qualified CMM Level 3. Currently he is the CEO of International Institute for Outsource Management (IIOM) China Ltd.
Prior to IIOM China, he took various management positions such as: Vice President with QAI APAC, Chief Engineer with Beijing Jinguanhongyuan Technology Ltd, Director of Project Management with Chengdu, Sichuan Top Software Investment Ltd, SEPG Leader and Director of R&D Management Office with Sony China, Director of Major Projects in Phosphor Information Technology Ltd. In recent years, he has been committed to introduce expertise & resources from European and American outsourcing markets to China to help Chinese enterprises enhance outsourcing competitiveness. Along with Outsourcing Institute (OI) and buyer partners of IIOM International, IIOM China is dedicated to build the world¡¯s first high-quality outsourcing community, Port of China (POC).
With a profound understanding of modern software engineering and software project management theory, he first put forward a designing method for performance-driven project management life cycle namely, DMA (Development Management Architecture). In addition, based on years of management practice, he created a concept called R&D management triangle to enhance long-term competitiveness of research-oriented enterprises. This concept was verified and implemented in many software enterprises¡¯ R&D management system design.
Chris holds Master of Software Science degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Bachelor of Computer Application degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology, China.
